Ideally situated between Henley-on-Thames and Marlow, this wonderful rural retreat has it all - perfect for lovers of the great outdoors. It is just a few minutes drive to two vibrant riverside towns with an excellent selection of pubs, restaurants, boutiques, galleries, cinemas and local theatres. Set in a tranquil historic Chiltern village on the edge of bluebell woods, there is a great 13th century pub at the end of the lane. The renowned Danesfield House Hotel & Spa is two minutes up the road and Tom Kerridge’s Michelin starred restaurant is just 3 miles away. If you enjoy walking or cycling there are plenty of footpaths from the house, which also join the Thames path. It is a great spot to take out paddle boards or Kayaks on the river or just enjoy the waterside.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
