The perfect family home for your vacation to Hilton Head. Located in North Forest Beach, at the end of Flamingo St, only 1 home away from the ocean, you will have everything you need for the perfect family vacation.
Upon arriving at the house, you are welcomed with plenty of Southern Charm by the covered porches overlooking the beautiful beaches and an Atlantic Ocean. The first floor of the house has 4 of the homes 5 bedrooms. To the left, as you enter through the front door, is the king suite with access to the front porch, flat-screen TV and access to the shared bath. The bunk room shares a bath with the front bedroom. The bunk room is made up of a full-sized bed under a twin bunk. Additionally, there is a twin, trundle bed under the full-sized bed to make sleeping room for 4. Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
