Welcome to your Seaside Haven! The perfect family home for your vacation to Hilton Head. Located in North Forest Beach, at the end of Flamingo St, only 1 home away from the ocean, you will have everything you need for the perfect family vacation. Upon arriving at the house, you are welcomed with plenty of Southern Charm by the covered porches overlooking the beautiful beaches and an Atlantic Ocean. The first floor of the house has 4 of the homes 5 bedrooms. To the left, as you enter through the front door, is the king suite with access to the front porch, flat-screen TV and access to the shared bath. The bunk room shares a bath with the front bedroom. The bunk room is made up of a full-sized bed under a twin bunk. Additionally, there is a twin, trundle bed under the full-sized bed to make sleeping room for 4. The bedroom also has a flat-screen TV and a new dresser. The shared bathroom features a tub shower and large bathroom vanity. To the right side of the home, there are two more bedrooms. The junior master bedroom features a king bed, access to the front porch, a flat-screen TV, and a private en-suite bathroom. The en suite bath has a large tub and separate shower as well. Further back from this room is another guest room featuring a king bed and en suite bath with tub and shower. Also, on the first floor of the house is a laundry room and stairs to the garage. The second floor of Seaside Haven features a large open floor plan and the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, access to the 2nd-floor porch, flat-screen TV, and en suite master bath. The master bath has two sinks and vanities, a large tub, and a separate shower. The living room, kitchen, and dining room are all open with plenty of seating and gathering space for everyone. The living room has 2 couches and 2 chairs and a flat-screen TV, not to mention amazing views of the ocean. The dining room has a table with seating for 6, there is a breakfast bar with 4 barstools and stools at the kitchen island. The kitchen is open and appointed for anyone who loves to cook. Just off the living room is a large, covered porch with plenty of entertaining options. There is a comfortable seating area with a TV, a dining table, grill, and lounge chairs so you can enjoy the ocean breeze right from the porch. The pool and spa area have plenty of chairs and seating for a day in the sun, plus plenty of privacy with the lush landscaping. The spa can be heated during some months for an additional fee and measures approximately 26x10 kidney shaped. There are a garage and driveway with parking 5 vehicles and a ping pong table. Wi-Fi throughout the house as well. All this and only a few steps to the beach, or a short bike ride to Coligny Plaza.
