Hauser Square is right next to Kultorvet, an old marketplace now packed with popular cafés. Kultorvet marks the beginning of Strøget, the main shopping street, which makes the apartment the perfect starting point of your Copenhagen adventures. Walking distance from the apartment to the most popular attractions: • Strøget (main shopping street) – 1 min. • Rundetårn (The Round Tower) – 1 min. • Kongens Have (The King’s Garden) – 3 min. • Rosenborg Castle (located in The King’s Garden) – 5 min. • Torvehallerne (food market) – 5 min. • Christiansborg Palace – 10 min. • The Royal Danish Theatre – 10 min. • Nyhavn – 15 min. • Tivoli Gardens – 15 min. Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayForFree,Due to the layout of the apartment, guests in bedroom #3 will need to pass through bedroom #2 to access the rest of the apartment (see photo).
- You are only allowed to bring ONE pet under 10 kg. Your pet is not allowed in the beds or couches. If we receive any complaints from other guests or staff members regarding pet waste left unattended, or if your pet has caused damage to the apartment, we may have to impose a fine to cover the cost of clean-up and maintenance.
- Parties are strictly prohibited. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
- Please respect our neighbors and the quiet hours between 9 pm to 9 am.
- Running any kind of business out of the apartment is strictly prohibited. Nor is it allowed to provide personal services or produce any type of commercial video-/photographic material.
- Violating the rules will result in an additional fee of EUR1000 for each rule violated.
