This property is set on a quiet residential street just minutes away from Brighton's cultural area - the North Laine is a hub of independent shops and eateries and an amazing spot for people watching. You can also explore The Lanes and get lost in the maze of winding streets, with its array of jewellery shops, cafes and pubs. Within a short stroll, you will find the very best independent shops, restaurants and cafes as well as Brighton's cultural highlights such as the Brighton Dome, Brighton Pavilion & Gardens and the Theatre Royal. Brighton Pier and the seafront are not far either and just a little further along is the i360, which is worth a visit on a clear day with its stunning panoramic views of Brighton and the coast. You can easily venture to other areas of the city like Kemptown or Hove and it really is an incredibly perfect location.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,- Please take your shoes off when inside the property - As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times - Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge - If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25 - Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour - There will be a fine of £150 for smoking indoors - Any sign of pets staying in the house will incur additional fees.
