With 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed the house sleeps 5 comfortably. Just 5 minutes walk to Royal Greenwich Park and River Thames. This house has been renovated and decorated throughout. It’s spacious and light and has everything you’ll need for a truly comfortable stay. It’s homely and comfortable. The house is open plan downstairs with a comfortable lounge area that has 2 sofas (1 is a sofa bed and perfect for one guest), a TV, Wifi and a coffee table. There is a dining table that seats six which is perfect for having a lovely meal or brunch together. The sparkling clean, white bathroom has marble tiles. There is a lovely walk in shower and a bath. The L-shaped kitchen is fully equipped and has dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven and hob, coffee machine and a microwave. This leads out onto the private and peaceful garden where you can relax and enjoy the outside space. Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms, both have plenty of storage and both are decorated neutrally with plenty of natural light from the sash windows. The house is on a quiet, tree lined street and opposite a church. There are a number of shops close by including a supermarket and pharmacy. Catch a bus from the top of the street, get on a train from the nearby station, the tube to Canary Wharf and the rest of London, the Docklands Light Railway and river boat... every form of transport is close by. Get some fresh air by walking along the river Thames and take in the river, Royal Greenwich Park and beautiful architecture of the Queen’s House and Maritime Museum. Guests have access to the whole house and private garden during their stay. The transport links are amazing from this location - take the bus, train, tube, Docklands Light Railway (DLR) or riverboat . From the house, stroll along the Thames and jump on a boat, a train or a tube. Simply use your Contactless card or purchase an Oyster card from the Post Office at the top of the road and use this on all forms of transport - it couldn’t be easier. TRAIN - the nearest train station is a few minutes walk (Maze Hill) and takes you quickly into and around the rest of London TUBE - the nearest tube station is just 1 mile away or 10 minutes on a bus (you can also walk if you prefer). North Greenwich tube station is on the Jubilee line which takes you to Canary Wharf, London Bridge, Piccadilly, Bond Street and the whole of London. BUS - there are numerous buses from the top of the road that will take you in, out and all around central London. DLR - take the DLR to explore the Canary Wharf area. CABLE CAR - the Emirates Cable Car is a must! The views are totally amazing and it is just 10-15 minutes from the house. Please check opening hours due to the Coronavirus situation.
