Situated near to Royal Greenwich Park and also the pathway along the River Thames, the house is in a great location. All forms of public transport are also close by. This location is perfect to explore London, starting with the local area of Greenwich - a real hidden gem with the River Thames and absolutely stunning architecture. Take in the views over London by strolling through Royal Greenwich Park, visit the Maritime Museum, have a night at the theatre, dine and drink in the numerous lovely pubs (please try The Trafalgar or the Cutty Sark, both are on the river), try one of the many great restaurants and shop at the famous market which is not to be missed!! Excel can be reached in just under 30 minutes by public transport. The house is just 10 minutes from the O2 arena, North Greenwich Tube and the Emirates Cable Car. Or the rest of London has tonnes to offer from major tourist attractions like Big Ben to the cool vibes of Shoreditch to the creative area of Soho!

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
