This newly refurbished apartment is a stone’s throw from the beach, Brighton Palace Pier and the beautiful Pavilion - you can also enjoy breath taking sea views from here. Situated on a vibrant and bustling street in the Kemptown area of Brighton, this apartment is conveniently located close to cafes, pubs, and restaurants, making it the perfect base to explore the city. With a modern and spacious feel, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to three guests with a king-size bed & a sofa bed.
On the first floor with a sea view, this apartment is contemporary and spacious and fully equipped with everything you’ll need for a fabulous stay. In a central location, you can access everything on foot - stroll to the beach, the Pier, the shops, cafes and restaurants. Or, stay home and relax.
The flat is really light with a large bay window where the dining table is located; the perfect spot for a laid back breakfast whilst watching Brighton life on the streets below, and staring out to sea.
There’s a king size bed made up with fresh linen and a sofa bed which is perfect for one guest! With a coffee table and wall mounted Smart TV, you can comfortably relax and watch a movie. The modern, tiled bathroom has a great shower and plenty of guest towels and toiletries are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cookware, crockery, cutlery and glassware plus a pod coffee machine and a microwave. Tea, coffee, sugar, some cooking basics are provided.
The apartment has plenty of charm and character with a fireplace (not for use) and wooden floors

ON FOOT
It is easy to explore Brighton on foot, and all of the main attractions are close together - thanks to our amazing central location, plenty of them are right on the doorstep!
CAR / PARKING
Parking can be difficult in central Brighton so if possible, we advise travelling here by train if possible. There are several car parks nearby, please check prices first as they can be expensive. An alternative is to book a parking space with JustPark, which is like Airbnb for parking spaces and can be cheaper than permitted parking over the course of a full day.
BUS
If you wish to explore by bus, there are plenty of frequent buses to all parts of the city and beyond that stop right near to the apartment.
TRAIN
Brighton railway station is less than 1 mile away, with fast trains to London Victoria, Gatwick Airport, Kings Cross and other cities.
CYCLING
Bikes can be hired from many points around Brighton, with the Brighton Bike Share Scheme. There is a fantastic cycle path which stretches all along the seafront from the iconic beach huts in Hove all the way past Brighton Beach and the cliffs of Rottingdean.
