The flat boasts an unbeatable location on the iconic St James Street, which is just moments away from the bustling seafront and the Brighton Palace Pier. It's simply the ideal accommodation for anyone seeking a delightful seaside getaway. The Kemptown area is renowned for its offbeat independent shops, cafes and bars, and it's not surprising that some of the best pubs and restaurants in Brighton are just a brief stroll away. As a hub for artists, Kemptown exudes vitality and energy, with lively live music which can often be heard from the flat. If you prefer a peaceful and tranquil environment, I am afraid to say this might not be the best choice for you. However, if you're looking for the vibrancy and liveliness of Brighton, then this is undoubtedly the spot you're looking for. The famous North Laine area just a 10 minute walk away, and is a hub of independent shops and eateries and an amazing spot for people watching. You can also explore The Lanes and get lost in the maze of winding streets, with its array of jewellery shops, cafes and pubs. The Brighton Centre is about a 10 minute walk along the seafront, and just a little further along is the i360, which is worth a visit on a clear day with its stunning panoramic views of Brighton and the coast. The Cultural Quarter which boasts Brighton Pavilion, Brighton Dome, the Museum & Art Gallery, and the Theatre Royal is also just a 10 minute stroll from our flat. You are also close to a couple of supermarkets and a pharmacy.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
