The Neighborhood

Close to plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping and the beach, the property is in the perfect location: everything you might want to visit or experience during your stay is within easy reach. A big Waitrose is just a 3 minutes' walk away, on the corner of Montpelier Road and Western Road. In Western Road you will also find a selection of other grocery shops (check out Taj the Grocer opposite from Waitrose for great fruit & veg!), pharmacies, bars and restaurants. Preston Street which has a great selection of restaurants and a couple of bars is just a short walk away. If you just want to chill out on the beaches, on at the Pier, the beach is at the end of the road within 100 meters of the seafront. For shopping lovers Churchill Square and the quirky North Laine area are just a 15 minute walk from the property where you will be spoilt for choice in the eclectic shops and stalls. The Lion and Lobster pub is just a 1 minute walk from the house on Sillwood Street with with live music on Fridays. At the Bandstand on the seafront there is a cafe / bar downstairs where you can enjoy a peaceful drink on the beach. Frequently there are wedding ceremonies on the bandstand itself (upstairs) and sometimes the local salsa school team practice there too! You might also like to try the Brighton Beach Club for great pizzas or visit the iconic British Airways i360. The Meeting Place Cafe on the seafront by the peace statue is a great spot for an egg and bacon sandwich in the morning!

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • - Please take your shoes off when inside the property.
  • - Please be considerate to neighbours at all times.
  • - As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times.
  • - Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge.
  • - If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25.
  • - Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour.
  • - There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors.
  • - If there is any sign of a pet having stayed at the property either inside or outside, you may be liable for extra charges.
