This recently remodeled top floor 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condominium is located on a quiet corner of this small building. The private patio overlooks Glory Hole Park and has views of Aspen Mountain. This condo is just two blocks from downtown Aspen and three blocks from the Aspen Mountain Gondola. Inside, the spacious condo features a gas fireplace, an upgraded kitchen with granite countertops, a dedicated boot/coat room, and a formal dining area for six people. The well-appointed bedrooms have treetop views, and the two bathrooms include a glass shower and a jetted tub. There is a washer/dryer inside the condo.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
