During the nights, the fireflies completely illuminate the villa and its surroundings that can be viewed from the viewing deck. Additionally, there is also a dining area to enjoy curated delights in the company of fireflies and mountains. Stepping outside, you’ll reach the glistening pool that also has a gazebo that seamlessly merges lounging and pool time. When the first rays of sun gently caress one’s face, you’ll realise the gentleness of the pure mountain area. Head out to the lawn, where you can enjoy a refreshing meditation or yoga that is a divine experience in the mountains. Additionally, the villa also has a crossfit machine for the fitness enthusiasts. In the dining area or the terrace, one can dine in and enjoy a lavish spread of fruits and delicacies for breakfast while they watch the little ones and pets running around the lawn. The dancing waters of the pool invite you for a relaxing swim, where one can bond over the waters or sit by the poolside gazebo with a book. KITCHEN - Guests have access to the villa kitchen for reheating purposes only. - It is equipped with a water purifier, electric kettle, and refrigerator. - Crockery and cutlery are available. LAWN The villa is placed on top of a sprawling lush lawn that showcases majestic views of Lonavala’s mountains. The lawn has a seating area when one can host grand parties and has a seating capacity for 40 people. TERRACE The terrace boasts a beautiful canopy of wooden embellishments and chairs, where one can enjoy with their friend drink & watch fireflies at night. The terrace can seat up to 12 people at a time. VIEWING DECK Located by the pool, this viewing deck showcases beautiful views of the Sahyadris and resplendent sunsets. The deck has two floors with seating for 12 people. POOL Soak up in the cosy waters of the pool that also has a poolside gazebo for company. The gazebo can seat up to 6 people. The outdoor pool is 40 ft x 20 ft in size with a depth of 3.5 ft. Guests can use the pool from 8 AM to 10 PM. ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - A barbecue grill is available at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - A bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 5000 per session. - A karaoke can be arranged for the guests at an extra cost of Rs. 1500 per session. - Amenities such as the washing machine, indoor games, torches, iron and medical kits can be accessed by the guests at no extra charge. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. PET POLICY - Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow pets at an additional charge of Rs. 1500 per night. - Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. - Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
