THE SPACE  BEDROOM 1 This master bedroom present on the ground floor, is furnished with marble flooring and a cosy atmosphere. This room is adorned with amenities such as an AC, fan, extra mattress and wardrobe for a comfortable stay. All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM This living room is on the ground floor and comes with ample space along with a view of the pool. It is adorned with wooden interiors and can easily accommodate 20 people at one go DINING AREA The dining area on the ground floor is part of the living room and comes with a view of the pool.  It can comfortably fit around 12 people in one sitting. It is equipped with wooden furnishings that blend with the aesthetics of the region. KITCHEN - Guests cannot access the property kitchen to prepare their meals. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder.  - Crockery and cutlery are available. SWIMMING POOL The outdoor swimming pool is 20x70 and 5 ft in depth and it is the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the warmth of the sun It is accessible from 8 AM to 10 PM.  LAWN AND KIDS NURSERY The naturally grown manicured lawn sprawls up to 4500 acres It has seating arrangements for 6 people. The in-house nursery present on the lawn has rare and diverse species of flowers and herbs. ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost. Groceries will be charged as per actuals. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Bonfire services can be availed at an additional cost of Rs 2000 for 2 hours. - Staff accommodation is available at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per night, excluding meal charges. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Visitors are not allowed at the property. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture areas of the property for security purposes.  - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.  - This is a stand-alone property. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.  - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.  - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.  - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.  - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit of Rs 10,000 may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
