An oasis of peace in the green heart of Italy, where beautiful sceneries leave unmistakable memories: Umbria. This is how Villa Il Segreto will present itself, a refuge away from the chaos and noise, about fifteen kilometers from the wonderful town of Umbertide and about twenty kilometers from the most beautiful Umbrian destinations such as Perugia, Montone and Gubbio.
The four apartments available in the villa are all furnished with great taste and a Provencal and romantic touch, which spreads peace and tranquility between the walls. Comfortable spaces overlooking the agave garden, the outdoor gazebo, or the private pergola that enjoys a splendid view of both the surrounding landscape and the relaxing swimming pool. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 1. Check-in schedule: From 01/01 to 31/12: Everyday from 16:00h to 20:00h
- 2. Check-out schedule: 10:00.
- 3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people under 25
- The price do not include:
- Security Deposit: 500 €
- Electricity: 100€
- Heating: 250€ /stay (from 1st October till 30th April)
- Final cleaning: 300€
- Optional:
