This wonderful apartment with terrace, located in Chiclana de la Frontera and near the sea, offers accommodation for 4 people. The property’s outdoors are ideal to enjoy the southern climate. On the ground floor of the house you will find a large garden terrace where you can relax on sun loungers while sunbathing, in addition to a barbecue and a table where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. Please note that the accommodation has direct neighbors. Through a staircase you will access the interior of the house, distributed on a single level and designed to offer you the relaxation you deserve. The living room, equipped with heaters and TV, will be perfect to extend your evenings. The kitchen is independent and has induction, dining area and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. When it is time to sleep, there are two bedrooms with two single beds each. Both of them have a fan. A separate bathroom with bathtub serves the apartment. If you travel with your baby, we can provide a crib and a highchair. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area a few kilometers from the center of Chiclana de la Frontera, one of the most charming towns in the province of Cadiz. In the area you will find all the necessary services to enjoy an independent stay. Less than a kilometer away is located the well-known beach of La Barrosa, a sandy beach of 8 km of extension that becomes a unique space where to enjoy the sea, to breathe pure air and to take advantage of the great tourist offer created under its influence. If you feel like it, you can go to Chiclana and make a route through its seven "magic points", viewpoints from where you can admire wonderful views of the city. The more adventurous will also find nearby routes to do on foot or by bicycle and where you can enjoy the nature of the area. Note: We cannot accept guests under 26 years unless you are a family.
