Kerriedancer House is spacious and well appointed, and sleeps 11 guests comfortably across 5 bedrooms. Set on 25 acres there is plenty of space to explore and you will feel a million miles away, despite only being two minutes from the town of Exeter!
Please note:
- Strictly no parties at this property - please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken
- There is a dam on the property and it is not fenced. Please supervise children at all times
- You may see wild mushrooms around the grounds. These are not for consumption as some may be poisonous
- Next door is the beautiful Kerriedancer Cottage (sleeps 4) that can also be rented at the same time. Both properties (House and Cottage) can be booked separately, or as one booking for Kerriedancer Estate sleeping 15

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
