The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day. The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community.
