The cottage is decorated with a comfortable, coastal style and has a reverse floor plan to allow views of the ocean from the main living area upstairs. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor, one room with 2 queen beds and an adjoining bathroom with a tub/shower combo and another with a king size bed, access to the covered deck, and semi-private bathroom. There is a large family room on the lower level with a wall of windows to enjoy views of the dunes on Seabrook. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- The minimum age requirement for rental is 25 years of age. Trailers, boats, RVs, motorcycles and unregistered golf carts are not allowed in the community. The home is non-smoking and smoking is prohibited. All guests must adhere to parking allotments and occupancy allowances to avoid additional fines. No parties or events are allowed. Refrain from hanging towels and clothing from balconies. Fireplaces are not for guest use. Fireworks are prohibited. Please respect the island’s quiet hours between 11PM-7AM. This home may allow a dog for a fee. If bringing a pet, it must be approved by our company and/or the owner and you must adhere to leash laws.
