Situated in the desirable Ocean Green neighborhood of the Kiawah Island Golf Resort, this 4 bedroom, 4 bath home on Silver Moss Circle is an ideal spot for your next island getaway. With captivating views of the large island lagoon along the Turtle Point golf course’s 13th green and only a short 5 minute walk to the spectacular sandy beaches of Kiawah Island, this home is perfect for those who are looking to enjoy a family beach vacation as well as island activities.
One of our favorite features of the home are the four unique porches, including an expansive screened porch with hanging bed swing and dining table, an open deck overlooking the lagoon off of the primary suite, a relaxing second screened porch accessed from the upstairs guest suite, and, of course, the classic Low Country-style front porch with rocking chairs that welcomes you and your guests.
The lay-out of the main floor of the home is an open floor plan, which is preferred for creating an idyllic atmosphere for entertaining and spending time with family & friends. The updated kitchen has modern appliances and ample cabinet and prep space, and there is a large dining table which seats 8 as well as four more bar-stools at the kitchen counter for extra guests. The comfortable family room has contemporary furnishings, a large television, and large windows that showcase the natural light and scenic lagoon views. Two guest bedrooms and bathrooms and laundry room area complete the first-floor layout. Head up the stairs to the second floor to find the primary suite and the final guest suite, both with private bathrooms and porch access. There is a garage and outdoor shower to make storing and cleaning your beach gear a little easier.
