Marvel at Villa Tremezzo, a neoclassical wedding-cake villa from the Belle Epoque. This stunning ochre-hued mansion on the shores of Lake Como, built in the 1500s, accommodates up to 12 guests and boasts Tiepolo-school frescoes, intricate marbled floors, sumptuous bedrooms, and extravagant grounds.
Passing through gilt-trimmed, wrought-iron gates and down the sweeping drive lined with cypress, laurel and chestnut trees, Villa Tremezzo greets its guests as the epitome of splendour and Italian elegance. The first thing visitors will notice is the villa’s astounding symmetry, from the formal parterre garden to the ice-blue shutters and tiered façade.
The ground floor begins with the central lobby where frescoes recount Virgil’s Aeneid and fauteuil chairs turn corners into comfortable nooks. In one direction guests will find a dream-like drawing room, in the other a romantic dining room with rose-clad Murano...

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
