The central expansion neighborhood of Málaga It is an area located between the historic center and the port, on flat triangular land, reclaimed from the sea during the 19th century, following the expansion of the port. It is delimited to the north by the Alameda Principal; to the west, by the Guadalmedina River; to the south, along Avenida de Manuel Agustín Heredia; and to the east, by the Plaza de la Marina, although the Málaga Park, located to the east of this square, is also included within the Ensanche neighborhood, according to the official delimitation of the Málaga City Council.   • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
