Property for exclusive use The property Anticopozzo is made up of two typical barns, recently restored with great care and equipped with every comfort, with a total surface of 160 sq.m. with 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms plus a double sofa bed and 4 bathrooms, for a total of 10 people. Perfect for 2 families, it offers common space to stay together, a swimming pool and a terrace with gazebo, plus private areas. Both apartments have central heating, air conditioning, satellite TV and free WiFi Internet connection. External Area and Swimming Pool The external area is made up of a 700 sq. m. garden, completely fenced, which surrounds the house on three sides. The private swimming pool is 7 metres by 4 with a depth of 0.8-1.6 metres and is in front of one of the barns. The other barn has a large panoramic terrace with gazebo and a table, chairs, wood oven and stone barbecue for outdoor meals and relaxing moments. Four parking spaces are in the property. Interior Both structures have been carefully restored and are complete with every kind of luxury. The first barn is on two floors: the ground high floor with access from an external stair has a cosy living room, a kitchen with typical fireplace and stone cooking area, fully equipped; 2 bathrooms with shower and a small laundry room with washing machine. Leading down to the lower floor are six steps; here you will find one double bedroom, one twin bedded room (beds can be joined) with outdoor access. The second barn has a small kitchen, completely equipped, a dining room and an open loft which has a living area with satellite TV, fireplace and double sofa bed. Rounding up the ground floor are a twin bedded room (beds can be joined), one bathroom with shower and a laundry room with washing machine. The first floor has a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Location Anticopozzo is in a panoramic position overlooking the hills in the Chianti classico area, near the town of Poggibonsi. Facilities Anticopozzo has Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, central heating, satellite TV in every room, a safe, baby bed, high chair, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries in the bathrooms, parking in the property. Important Information Swimming pool available from April 1st to October 27th. The house is accessible via a 500m gravel road in good condition. The owner’s house is on the opposite side of this road and is completely independent.
