Millbrook Farm is located just 7 miles from Historic Downtown Franklin. Franklin in a beautiful and vibrant city with an abundance of quaint shops, cafes, boutiques and restaurants. It's an aesthetically charming area to walk around and enjoy the sites! We are also only 4 miles from Southall Farm Resort and Spa and Inn. Southall offers a plethora of homestead farming experiences as well as upscale modern spa services and dining. Day passes at the spa and pool are available for purchase on their website. They also have activities such as ropes courses, farm tours, ATV excursion, fishing, canoeing, biking, and more. We would also recommend spending some time at The Factory in Franklin. Great little shops and local art. It would be worth going to stock up on the famous Five Daughter's Bakery donuts for your whole group. They also have Jeni's Ice Cream and so much more. You can also catch a show at their Mocking Bird Theater.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
