Our apartment allows a maximum of 5 guests and features: • A tastefully decorated living room with balcony access, boasting a stunning lake view. • A highly functional kitchen, perfect for all your culinary needs. • A bedroom complete with a queen bed, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom. • Another bedroom furnished with a queen bed. • A separate, well-appointed bathroom. • A versatile room that includes an additional bed. • A fully equipped laundry room for your convenience. * Please note that access to the Recreation Deck on Level 1 is restricted exclusively to residents and not available for guests. AMENITIES: For your convenience, a “starter pack” is provided for you to settle in, please note that there is no housekeeping or replenishment of items for the duration of your stay. • Bed linen • Bath towel x5, hand towel x4 and bath mat x2 • Travel Amenity Kit x2 (shower gel, shampoo, and hand wash/ soap) • Toilet paper roll • Facial tissue • Some sachet of coffee, tea, sugar, and milk • Laundry liquid/ powder, dishwashing liquid/ tablet, dishwashing sponge, and tea towel - x1 ACCOMMODATION PARKING: • FREE PARKING x1 – one designated onsite undercover spot (NOTE: Height bar limit to the carpark entry is 2.2m) WHAT’SMORE? • Q Super Centre (1 km) – a mall has an extensive range of specialty stores offering gourmet fresh food, cafe and restaurant dining, hair and beauty, etc • Pacific Fair Shopping Centre (4.2 km) - one of the biggest shopping malls in the region, featuring 400+ stores, ranging from supermarkets for daily groceries to luxury fashion brands • Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre (5.2 km) • The Star Casino (5.5 km) • Bus Services at Nerang Broadbeach Rd at Lakes Esp (550m) CHECK-IN: Check-in time is from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Keys need to be collected from our office in Broadbeach QLD 4218 (4.1 km/ 10-min drive away from the accommodation) during check-in time. The full address will be provided once your booking is confirmed. An extra charge will be incurred for any early/ late check-in; please contact the host for details. EXPRESS SELF CHECK-OUT: Kindly note that our check-out time is 10:00 am, and we request all guests to adhere to this timing. For guests departing via public transportation, simply return the keys to the designated spot in our apartment before leaving. However, if you have driven to our property, please ensure that you remove your car from the carpark first, and then return the full set of keys to the designated spot for the final time. NO late check-outs are allowed. Please note that an AUD50 fine applies for every 15-minute delay from our latest check-out time at 10:00 am. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that all guests have a pleasant and timely departure from our property. KEY LOSS/ KEY ACCESS ASSISTANCE: Key loss will result in a charge of AUD300. Please ensure that you carry the keys with you when you leave the apartment. If you lock yourself out and seek assistance from us, we will charge AUD80 from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. For any assistance required beyond those hours, an additional charge of AUD120 will apply, making the total charge AUD200. However, if we are unavailable to assist, you will need to engage a locksmith at your expense. NO BAGGAGE STORAGE is available before check-in or after check-out for security reasons. NOISE - please keep noise levels to a minimum after 9:00 pm to preserve a relaxing environment for other guests and residents. NO SMOKING - any evidence of this will result in a fine of AUD150. Additionally, any charges from the QLD Fire & Rescue Authority for unnecessary smoke alarms will also be passed on to the guest’s responsibility. NO PET - any evidence of this will result in a fine of AUD150. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - any evidence of this will result in a fine of AUD500. **NO SCHOOLIES BOOKINGS!!!** DEPARTURE CLEAN ONLY - no daily housekeeping service is provided during your stay. Please wash up all the cookware, dishes and glasses; cutlery and clean up all rubbish to leave the place in its original state (If additional cleaning is necessary, a charge of up to AUD100 will apply).
