Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • Thank you for considering my property! A few things to note:
  • -The best way to reach me is via this site. Listings are monitored from 9 am to 5 pm daily. Inquiries and bookings sent after this time will be processed and answered the next day.
  • -Check-in is via the front desk of the property, and they are available to assist you 24/7 upon arrival.
  • -Check-in is at 4:00 PM and Checkout is at 11:00 AM
  • -Linens, towels, and parking are all included with your stay.
  • -For your convenience, the kitchen has a coffee pot, basic cookware, and utensils. Condiments and specialty items are not included.
  • -Due to Covid pandemic, full-service housekeeping is not offered currently. Trash is collected each day and towels will be replenished as needed.
  • -Smoking Policy All Rooms and Balconies are non-smoking. Guest can use designated smoking areas
  • -One parking pass for standard rooms, efficiencies, and one-bedroom suites
  • -Two parking passes for two-bedroom, three-, and four-bedroom condos
  • -No Trailers
  • -Motorcycles are allowed.
  • -No Pets are NOT permitted (except registered service animals with required documentation) There will be a $250.00 fee for guest bring pets into the unit and immediate eviction with no refund
  • -All occupants must be 21 years of age or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • -A $100 security hold is required at check-in and released at check-out after the property is inspected.
