Pagrati is a vibrant area and very popular for every age and taste as it has a lot of restaurants, cafees, bars as well as little, local place which can satisfy even the most demanding guest. The appartment being located in the quite pedestrian street of Agras combines the proximity to the multifarious streets and squares of Pagrati, where all the above places are, but also tranquility and quiet, while the park of Panathinaic stadium (just across your flat) makes one feel remote from the fuss and hektik atmosphere of a metropolis like Athens, while in reality he is at the very center of it. Below you may find the proximity of our appartment to major sightseiings -Panathinaic stadium (Marathon & where the 1st modern Olympic games were held in 1896) (50m) - Goulandris Museum of Contemporary art (150m, opening on November) -Parthenon (2.7klm, that is 1.05miles) -National Garden (1klm, 0.6 miles) -Museum of Cycladic art (1.4klm, 0.8miles) -Benaki museum (1.1klm, 0.7miles)

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
