Nestled in the Los Coloradas area of Playa Blanca, this villa is within walking distance of a small shopping center, multiple eateries, restaurants, bars, black sandy Los Coloradas beach, and only a short walk to the famous golden sandy beaches of Papagayo. For fun in the sun, Lanzarote is a popular choice for holidaymakers wanting to make the most of their time away come rain or shine. As an added benefit, pool heating is included in your stay from November - May.</p> <p>Inside, the villa is warm and welcoming, flooded with natural light, and painted with white-washed walls. The living room is open plan to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. There are two bedrooms to choose from, one comes with air conditioning, the other with a fan, both sharing a family-sized bathroom with a bath and twin basins. Outside, the terrace is lined with reclining sun loungers, and dotted with small palm trees, giving you that authentic Spanish vibe.</p> <p> Please bear in mind, this villa is in a hilly area. The road outside the villa is steep in places. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 10 steps. The front door has a width of 135cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 135cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. The pool itself has ladder access. To get into the villa via the patio doors, there are 2 ridges. This is a ground-floor property. The first double bedroom has a door width of 70cm, whilst the bathroom door is 60cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 140cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 140cm wide.
