This apartment is located in the third district of Vienna, Viertel Lanstraße. It is a perfect location, right next to the city centre and the Donau River. In the neighbourhood, you will find many different restaurants and cafes which you can choose according to your taste. Generally, the transport system in Vienna is comfortable so you can easily reach from point A to point B. Moreover, there is a direct train from the airport to Wien Mitte (the nearest train station from the apartment) and vice versa, so it takes 10 minutes to walk to the apartment or 5 minutes using trams. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Moreover, we would like to let you know that long term stays are possible and, furthermore, by request we can provide you with the following options:

For the registration, we will refer your data to our business associate. As the main traveller or tour guide, you must declare that this information has been passed on to fellow travellers to obtain their consent. You have the right to revoke the hereby communicated data protection regulation in written form until 12 hours before the planned arrival day. Without revocation, you have agreed to our data protection declaration policy.
- - Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.
- - We kindly ask you to observe cleanliness and carefully treat the things provided.
- - Quiet hours: from 22:00 till 08:00.
