The Home
We are proud to offer this two bedroom, two bath luxury condo. This is a second floor unit with one of the best views in the complex. It is comfortably furnished, generously-sized, and lavishly appointed. Features include granite counter tops in the open kitchen and bathrooms and a balcony that is accessible from both the living room and master suite. There are three Smart TV’s in the unit for streaming and an Xfinity Cable package is available as well.
The master has a king sized bed, smart TV and en-suite with a soaking tub and an over-sized walk in shower along with his and hers sinks.
The guest bedroom features a Queen-sized bed. There is also an attached bathroom (with a walk-in shower) that can also be accessed from the hallway.
The community features one assigned covered parking space and room for overflow parking outside the building. There’s also an elevator.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
