Villa Anna is a place with the charm of the past, both externally and internally. Noble and full of charm, welcomes visitors with the words shown in the emblem of the house: “Virescit Vulnere Virtus”; The historic residence is at less than a 10-minutes drive from Giulianova’s monumental seafront and the Vincenzi Bindi Picture Gallery.
While staying at Villa Anna, guests can use a common kitchen equipped with a microwave, an electric kettle, a dishwasher, a fridge and a stove. A barbecue area is also available. A shuttle service to and from the airport can be requested on site. Additionally, free parking is possible in the premises.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
