By far, Mike’s Place is one of the cutest little houses on the south end of St Simons with the most amenities! Approaching the house, the first thing you will notice is the outdoor Tiki bar with lighting for those after dark cocktails with friends. Weather not cooperating? Gather your guests inside the enclosed front porch with lots of comfy chairs. In Spring and fall - open the windows to let the fresh air in!

Going on into the house you will find the living room, dining room and kitchen that employs the open concept. The living room has a large wall mounted TV and the sofa pulls out to a queen bed. The dining room seats 4 and the kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher and large refrigerator. The kitchen has a keurig, blender, toaster and tons more gadgets. There is a half bath for guests just off the living room.

Mike's Place is in the ideal location. Just 1 block to the beach and located on the south end of St. Simons Island. The Pier/Village area is less than 1/2 mile where you will find shops, restaurants, night life, ocean front pools and parks and of course the pier.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • Minimum age to rent 25 - this applies to All guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
  • What to Expect in your Unit:
  • Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starting Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)
