The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the townhouse and consist of a small hall area as you walk from the main entrance and two main rooms one of which the living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and Tv , and the bedroom area with a double bed and space for office work . Both rooms take natural light from the windows and the balcony which is connected to the bedroom. At last the bathroom has a shower and a washing machine and the Kitchenette which can be used for cooking and food storage complete this cozy , freshly painted house.

Pagrati is an idyllic neighborhood for travelers who want a more friendly local experience of Athens, but a heart beat away from the center of the city. Although the apartment is very quiet , from the street side we would positively say the opposite . There are amazing cafes with special character each of one individually allowing you to enjoy all kinds of tastes . Enjoy excellent brunch and coffee at the local shops in Pagratio before you start exploring the city. The location of the apartment offers access to buses that can take you to the center of Athens in no time, also another asset of the neighborhood is the park of Pagratio, located opposite the apartment, for you who want to start your day with a walk in nature. ΑΤΜ and Pharmacy are on site , Gym and Paid Parking as well.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
