From the comfortable beds to the stainless steel kitchen appliances and granite countertops to the relaxing daybed swing on the private balcony everything is top-notch. The views from this 2nd-floor condo are awe-inspiring from sun up till sundown. Watch the dolphins play in the waves throughout the day and the beautiful lights twinkle on the pier at night. This property is sure to make your vacation extra memorable! Your two private parking spaces are only a few steps away from the conveniently located elevator that takes you directly to your front door. Here you are only a half block away from the fun and funky downtown Folly area. You are close enough to soak in the best of Folly! 2 Perfect allows up to 3 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dogs when you inquire. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator.
