A chic beach shack. This simple home is steps to toes in the sand and comes with great beach chairs. A 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment fully appointed for short or long term stays. The apartment has both king and queen sized beds with feather pillows, sevenfold towels, all weather down duvets, central heat and air, a queen sofa bed with linens, and a fabulous shared beach front patio deck. Walk out your door turn right and walk onto the beach. Enjoy epic Chesapeake bay sunsets and the luxury of a quiet safe beach.
Pets allowed. $75 per pet per week. Pet fee is requested after booking. Each apartment gets two parking spaces. Please request permission for more than 2 cars. (Please note this home has an induction cook top and convection oven)

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
