Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • ▪️Quiet hours are set by county code: 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. any violation of the quiet hours may result in immediate eviction AND/OR a $500-$1,000 fine issued by San Bernardino County
  • ▪️Spa hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. per county code, you must follow the posted spa rules including showering before use
  • ▪️Pet Info: 2 dogs max. A non-refundable pet fee of $100 due prior to your arrival. No cats allowed. If pets exceed 2 you must have approval and $100 does not include an unlimited number of pets or anything other than 2 dogs.
  • ▪️Failure to pick up after your dog will result in a $50 fine, this includes hair
  • ▪️Absolutely no dogs on furniture; our beds and couches are for our human guests only! Please bring their bed from home.
  • ▪️If your dog sheds then please be proactive and do a de-shedding treatment prior to your stay (products like Shed-X & FURminator can be bought online or at your local pet store), extra cleaning due to a shedding dog can add hours to our cleaning time
  • ▪️Allergies: This is a pet friendly home, so please do not book if you or anyone in your party has allergies
  • ▪️No smoking or vaping in the house; a $500 fine will be imposed for deep cleaning & failure to comply
  • ▪️Two car maximum allowed per occupancy permit, low profile vehicles not recommended and no street parking allowed
  • ▪️All trash must be deposited into the provided trash bin prior to checkout
  • ▪️All dirty dishes must be washed prior to checkout; a $25 cleaning fee will be added otherwise
  • ▪️Please leave our home in good condition upon checkout, excessive messes requiring additional cleaning by our cleaning crew will be billed at $65 per hour
  • ▪️Unregistered guests are not allowed at the property unless you have prior authorization from the property owner or manager. Unregistered guests on the property will result in a $50 per person, per day charge. Occupancy limits are set by the permit and violations may result in an additional $500-1,000 fine AND/OR immediate eviction
  • ▪️No disposing of partially-burned fire wood or ashes in the yard or in the trash can or trash bin
  • ▪️Please respect the community and protect all of the local area, while you are hiking and exploring leave it better than how you found it. LEAVE NO TRACE🌲
  • We thank you in advance for your cooperation. We hope you enjoy your stay.
  • *No refunds for any weather related issues or things out of our control such as power outages. We have provided emergency lights and placed them throughout the house. When the power goes out we recommend that our guests gather up the flashlights, light a fire, grab some board games and enjoy the mountain experience! Frequent power outages is part of life on the mountain and there is nothing we can do about it. There will be no refunds given if we lose power, by booking a stay with us you acknowledge this as a part of our terms of agreement.
