This large 2 bedroom apartment is brand new with rooftop jacuzzi with views of the Parroquia, filtered water throughout, large closets, large tubs and rooftop dining gives you that old world feel with all new amenities. We offer the most comfortable, brand new beds with luxury bedding and pillows, all brand new. The location can’t be beat in a safety of Centro with walking distance to everything.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, private accommodations for you and your group. Access is self check-in. You will be given a door code and a lockbox code 24 hours prior to your arrival.
This unit is on the 3rd floor. There is an outdoor stairwell and an elevator.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
