The living room’s Smart TV with Chromecast makes this area ideal for watching your favorite shows or the big game. Two side chairs also offer additional seating.
BEDROOMS AND BATH
We provide all rooms with high-quality linens, fluffy pillows, and plush bath towels. Bedroom configurations are as follows:
- Primary bedroom with a king-size bed, 50” Smart TV, and en suite
- Bedroom 2: King bed
- Bedroom 3: Two twin beds
- Bedroom 4: Two twin beds
There are three bathrooms in total:
- Primary bathroom with a shower, separate soaking tub, dual vanities, en suite
- Bathroom 2: With a shower, en suite
- Bathroom 3: With a shower and tub combo and dual vanities

With a breakfast nook that seats two and a dining table for eight, the open floor plan means that the kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living room areas, making it the perfect space for entertaining. Host a dinner party or have a casual night with family and friends; our kitchen has everything you need to make your culinary creations shine!
Our kitchen boasts high-end stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, toaster, blender, tea kettle, Keurig dual coffee maker, KitchenAid mixer), cookware, bakeware, serve ware, tools, and accessories.
OUTDOOR AREA
The highlight of our home is the amazing outdoor area. Take a dip in the pool, watch TV on the deck or soak up the Florida sun on the loungers. Fire up the barbecue for a delicious meal and dine al fresco. Our backyard oasis is the perfect place to hang out any time of day, and our pool lights make night swimming irresistible!
In addition to the outdoor amenities, we have lawn games such as cornhole, ladder toss, and lawn bowling. Imagine enjoying barbecue and drinks by the patio, swimming in the outdoor pool, or simply relishing the warmth of the Florida sun!

- Property Manager welcomes your furry friends! Only 2 dogs are allowed in your Property Manager, and a pet fee shall apply depending on your length of stay as follows:

7-28 nights: $23/night
29+ nights: $17.5/night
Please refer to our Guest Accommodation Agreement regarding the dog breeds we allow. Pets cannot be left unattended at the property.
- Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.
- The maximum length of stay at our Property Manager is 90 nights.
- If you wish to have the pool heated, a pool heating fee of $35 per night for the full duration of the stay shall be applied. This is a seasonal offering; pool heating will be available from October - March.- Registered booker must be 25+
