Welcome to our apartment in Borno not far from the centre of San Zeno di Montagna, a charming mountain village with a spectacular view of Lake Garda. From here, you can enjoy a breathtaking panorama that stretches beyond the sparkling waters of the lake.
Experience a unique stay with over 200 km of trekking, mountain biking, and sports activities. Whether you love hiking, Nordic walking, mountain biking, or road cycling, you’ll find trails suitable for all sports enthusiasts. For those seeking a more thrilling experience, paragliding and tanzaning are just a couple of the adventures you can try.
The recently renovated stone residence, originally called Cà Marai a Borno, was the home of families who worked the fields and woods of the area.
LIVING AREA
The apartment offers a modern and comfortable environment. In the living room, you’ll find a spacious sofa, a smart flat-screen TV, and a dining area next to the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, and dishwasher, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare your meals.
BEDROOMS
The two bedrooms offer comfort and tranquillity. The first bedroom features a double bed, bedside tables, and a spacious wardrobe, while the second bedroom offers two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine.
The outdoor areas of the apartment invite you to fully enjoy the climate and spectacular view. The covered terrace allows you to dine while admiring the lake or relaxing in the outdoor lounge. Within the residence, you have access to a shared pool, where you can take a refreshing swim or simply relax on private loungers.

THE AREA
San Zeno di Montagna is a terrace overlooking Lake Garda at the foot of Mount Baldo. From San Zeno di Montagna, you can visit all the towns around the lake, either by ferry from Torri del Benaco to Toscolano Maderno. You can also take a trip to Mount Baldo with its rotating cable car.
A few kilometres away, you can visit the wineries of Valpolicella or the Bardolino and Lugana areas.
The famous amusement parks Gardaland, Movieland, and Caneva are about 25 km away and are easily accessible by public transport or by car. Verona is approximately 45 km away, and Venice is about 160 km away.
