All just a short drive from the home. Step outside into your screened and comfortably furnished deck and take in the mountain views while soaking in your private hot tub or warming up around the outdoor gas-assisted wood-burning fireplace. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee or stargazing at night while gathered around the firepit, the outdoor spaces at this property are sure to impress. Inside, the house boasts modern amenities such as central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and streaming-capable TVs for enjoying all your favorite channels using your own accounts. You’ll also find a pool table that converts into a Ping-Pong table for when you’re craving a little friendly competition. The spacious living area, with its soaring ceiling and dramatic, gas fireplace is perfect for relaxing after days of exploring the surrounding nature. THINGS TO KNOW -Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. -Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. -All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. -Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. -No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. -This property is managed by Property Manager North Carolina LLC. -All Property Manager properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
