Bay View Tower 633: Recently added to our rental inventory! The Sanibel Harbour vacation accommodations of Bay View Tower 633 have been designed with a coastal-inspired theme that will make you feel like you are staying at a beach house. The master suite features a king-size bed and panoramic views of the Gulf. The beautiful views are also available from the living room with its attached screened-in balcony. The guest bedroom continues the coastal-themed décor and a queen bed; there are TVs for your enjoyment in both bedrooms, as well as a DVD Player in the living room. If you want to stay connected to work or home, there is a convenient work station available for your use, with internet. Sofa sleeper available in living room. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
