Each bathroom is equipped with a geyser, towels, and basic toiletries for the guests’ convenience. LIVING ROOM Showcasing a spacious living room, this space is adorned with chic decor and a generously sized seating area, ideal for leisurely lounging. Additionally, it offers an AC a television, Wi-Fi connectivity, a heater, a sound system for entertainment, and CCTV surveillance. There is an adjoining dining area for culinary delights. KITCHEN Guests do not have access to the kitchen. It is equipped with all essentials, water purifier, crockery, and cutlery. LAWN Spanning an area of 4000 sq.ft., this space is ideal for fun and activities, providing ample room for guests to enjoy various recreational pursuits. There is a gazebo as well, adjoining the lawn and pool where guests can enjoy al fresco dining as well. POOL Amidst scorching heat, this shimmering oasis beckons, a sanctuary for invigorating dips and cool respite. The pool is 20x30 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth. The guests can access the pool from 8 AM to 10 PM. ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost. - A barbeque kit/grill can be provided at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per session. - Other experiences such as live cooking can be arranged for the guests at an additional cost. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and external areas of the property for security purposes. - This is a standalone property. - The caretaker and host reside on the premises of the property and will be available at all times. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked.
