THE SPACE BEDROOM 1 - This is an elegant bedroom on the ground floor. - It is equipped with an AC, Wi-Fi and a TV. - This room opens to an ensuite bathroom equipped with a mini bathtub, towels and basic toiletries. BEDROOM 2 - This is an elegant bedroom on the ground floor. - It is equipped with an AC, Wi-Fi and a TV. - This room opens to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. BEDROOM 3 - This is an elegant bedroom on the ground floor. - It is equipped with an AC, Wi-Fi and a TV. BATHROOMS - There are 3 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. Additionally, one of the bathrooms offers a mini bathtub. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA - The living room is on the ground floor with a pool view. - It offers AC, TV, Wi-Fi, a sound system, and comfortable seating. - There is a dining area as well that is part of the living room. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen. - It is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, and water purifier. - Crockery and cutlery are available. GARDEN - There is an open garden with a sit-out space. - It also offers a gazebo. POOL - There is an outdoor plunge pool. - The size of the pool is 20x10 ft. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
