Villa West with a 48 m² surface is divided in three different spaces. It accommodates comfortably up to three people. The building’s morphology fits in perfectly with the natural environment, a balance that is reinforced by the materials used in the construction. The exterior space is in perfect harmony with the interior of each Villa, without ever disturbing the landscape.
The interior spaces communicate with each other via courtyards and open-air spaces which, together with the exterior spaces of the courtyards form a building complex, in accordance with basic principles of traditional Greek architecture.
The villa is located in Agios Nikolaos, Volimes, Zakynthos. It is the northernmost point of the island, which offers a unique and gorgeous view that reaches all the way to the island of Kefalonia. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
