This villa is situated in a tranquil rural setting.
The villa features a spacious south-facing terrace with a colossal, age-old plane tree providing welcoming shade during the hottest hours of summer.
On the east side, a lovely structure, entirely concealed from view thanks to high walls and appropriate vegetation, serves as a relaxation area meticulously furnished with the same care as the interior of the villa. The pool measures 11m x 5m with a flat bottom of 1.4m (3 steps) and is secured by an automatic cover. On the north side, it is bordered by a lawn where comfortable sun loungers are arranged. For the safety of non-swimming children, alarm bracelets are available. The pool house is equipped with a dishwasher, plancha, refrigerator, ice maker, sound system, and TV. A few steps down from the pool, there’s a petanque court for a friendly game of boules.
