Charming farmhouse with a private pool located in the countryside near Lagnes. This villa is situated on a beautifully landscaped and fully enclosed terrain of 4000 m², close to L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue - a charming village renowned for its antique shops. The farmhouse has been renovated while preserving its authenticity. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this holiday villa accommodates 10 to 12 people, making it ideal for a delightful family vacation or a getaway with friends.

This villa is situated on a gated terrain of 4,000 m². The garden is flat and beautifully landscaped with features such as lavender. The pool measures 15mx5m and is secured with a pool alarm. Upon request, a fence can be placed around the pool. There are ample sunbeds around the pool for relaxation. The pool house is equipped with a shower, a sink, and a toilet.
The villa features a lovely covered terrace, perfect for your summer meals. Additionally, there is a ping-pong table, a foosball table, and a barbecue at your disposal.
