Located at the foot of the hills, where the Etruscan town of Cortona stands, this modern retreat for family and friends promises complete rejuvenation and regeneration of guests of all ages. Outside, amidst delightful sunshine, there is a large private pool to enjoy summertime dips and a lovely pergola with open-air dining and a barbecue for an exquisite dining experience.
The villa is divided into 2 levels, with a total of 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as interiors adapted to all weather conditions to ensure maximum comfort and convenience. There is air-conditioning, central heating and even a romantic fireplace. The living room directly gives out the patio and features an easy-breezy layout with sofas, a traditional fireplace, a flat-screen TV and a full kitchen. Guests can use the dishwasher, microwave, oven, drip coffee machine and fridge available to make their holiday completely carefree.
