Villa Harmisa is a totally independent luxury villa, part of a complex of 8 villas, situated on the beautiful north-west coast of the island of Crete, in the village of Agios Georgios, about 2 km from the port of Kissamos and 45 km from the capital of the prefecture the historic city of Chania. Villa Harmisa is perched high on the hillside overlooking the turquoise waters of the Aegean Sea and with its north east facing position, catches the early morning sunshine.
The villa covers 110 m2 in two distinct floors with separate entrances to each one. The wall to wall glazing throughout the property allows sunlight to flood into the living area inviting you to take advantage of the panoramic views from any room.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
