You will find this spacious apartment within a short stroll from the majestic Saint Peter’s basilica. This sunny Saint Peter’s terrace attic sits on the 5th and last floor of a charming building. It also offers a lift. Sunny and quiet, this property will ensure a stay that is both comfortable and unforgettable. On the first floor, you will find the hallway which has useful large cupboards on one side. This leads to the bright master bedroom, which offers a king size bed. Here, you will also find a chair, night tables, beautiful storage space, and lovely decorative lamps. Guests can also enjoy a small flat screen TV in this bedroom. The wonderful parquet floor makes this already sunny room even brighter. The modern en suite bathroom has a shower. Climbing the stairs, you will find a well designed open living space dining room, the kitchen, and the little office corner. “Cotto” tiling on the floor and exposed wood beams on the ceiling make this area extra cozy. The living room offers a grey L-shaped sofa which doubles as a sofa bed for two, coffee tables, and a small flat screen television. The kitchen’s colorful backsplash tiles, stone counter top and country-style cupboards create a homely yet elegant ambiance. It offers an oven, a stove, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, an American coffee machine and a toaster. Of course, quality kitchenware and tableware are also provided. Here, you can enjoy a nice meal around the glass table for 4. Guests can also relish in the floor-length windows which open to the terrace. The washing machine is also located in the kitchen. The office corner and the WI-FI connection make it possible for you to get some work done should you need to. Right by the desk, there is a brand new bathroom with two charming arch shaped windows and a large shower. The best feature of this apartment is its spacious outdoor area. Here you can enjoy the view from not one, but two, wonderfully furnished terraces. There are plenty of chairs to sit on and to marvel at the sight of the cupola of Saint-Peter’s. This is especially beautiful during sunset while sipping a long glass of wine on the lower or the upper level terrace. This is what la dolce vita is all about! A gardener will take care of the plants for 15 minutes 3 times per week, during the summer period. My guests will enjoy all of the modern day comforts they need: flat screen TV, WIFI Internet, air conditioning… not to mention the stunning terrace with breathtaking views over Rome. Prati is a great area to live, given that it lies on the Metro A line. This gives you direct access to the Piazza del Popolo, Spanish Steps, and central station, Termini. Moreover, changing at the latter to Metro B, you can easily get to Monti, the Colosseum, and the Giardino degli Aranci. On foot, you can easily wander down to the Castel Sant’Angelo. Moreover, crossing the Ponte Vittorio Emmanuele II, you will arrive in the Navona and Campo de’ Fiori, and the historical center. This area has many of bars and restaurants, and tiny cobbled side streets. It thus comes alive at night as people flood into the center to enjoy its ambiance, especially in summer.
