Although the area is currently being rebuilt after Hurricane Ian, our fully intact and updated home offers a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The home is surrounded by natural mangrove forests and is right in between 2 bodies of water: the Gulf of Mexico and the Fish Trap Bay.
Upon entering the home, you’ll find a main hallway leading to the family room, kitchen, laundry room, and main bedroom. With cozy seating, lovely views, and a card/game table, the family room is a great place to unwind. The adjacent dining set for eight seamlessly connects to the well-appointed kitchen, complete with tall ceilings, a large center island, dual ovens, stainless steel appliances, and a glass cooktop. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
