The shared pool, which conveniently has bathrooms, is a short walk from home, as is a dog park and boat-washing station. Rockport’s eclectic culinary scene is within easy driving distance.
The covered patio underneath the home provides a great spot to dine alfresco and host summertime cookouts with the gas grill.
