The dining area is ideal for formal meals or board game nights. The home’s main attraction is definitely its outdoor pool. The screened lanai boasts a sparkling pool where you can cool down and enjoy the Florida sunshine on the poolside loungers. The covered patio boasts a fire table and plenty of seats so you can lounge poolside while the group enjoys the refreshing waters. Host summertime cookouts thanks to the gas grill. This colorful abode also provides you with five beach chairs, one beach umbrella, and a washer/dryer. Things to Know Streaming is available using your own accounts. This home also includes a full-size air mattress and a child booster seat for the dining room chair. 1 dog(s), weighing 20lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Property Manager after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
