Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- -Maximum occupancy: 10 guests
- -Additional guest fee applies for guests above double occupancy (guests 7 – 10) at $150 USD + taxes per person per night
- -Events welcome – event fee applies (maximum 50 guests)
- -Day Passes are available for $75 USD per person per day
- -Chef, Butler and Housekeeping services are included in the rates
- ** Please note that you may not bring outside staff into the property under any circumstances unless preauthorized by Property Manager**
- -A refundable damage deposit of $2,000USD in cash on arrival OR
- A non-refundable insurance fee of $199 USD, payable by credit card prior to arrival is required
