With a large sundeck lounge to take in relaxing view over the rear bushland reserve, the stylish modern home provides fabulous space for the largest of families or shared stays featuring three living areas and five bedrooms with bedding for up to 14 people.
A vast open plan living area has triple stacked sliding doors flowing out to the deck, as does the large dining area with seating for 12, while the sleek white stone-topped kitchen has an island breakfast bench to seat another 4. A parents lounge provides a quiet spot to escape, while upstairs a children’s lounge comes complete with sofa and fun bean bags.
The main bedroom offers privacy on the lower level including an open ensuite with twin vanity, oversized shower and walk-in robe, while upstairs are another four bedrooms all with walk-in robes.
The home also has internal access to the double garage which holds a ping-pong table and all the leisure equipment including the kayaks. Understair storage also holds a cot, bassinet, high chair and change table.
Just minutes to Martha Cove marina, golf clubs and the peninsula great range of wineries, surf beaches, fruit farms, markets, Arthurs Seat Eagle chair lift, Dromana Drive-In, the hot springs and numerous natural trails, there is plenty to explore from this Mornington Peninsula beachside retreat.
